By engaging with Jewel Medium ("we," "us," or "our") for services, you ("Client" or "you") agree to the following service-specific terms, which are incorporated into our overall Terms and Conditions.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy

We are committed to your success. Due to the custom and proprietary nature of our work, we do not offer refunds for services once work has commenced or for any completed deliverables.

However, we stand behind the value of our long-term partnerships. For eligible long-term service engagements with a duration of six (6) months or more, our Satisfaction Guarantee applies as follows:

If, after the first three (3) months of service, you are not achieving the key results we jointly defined at the project's outset, we will provide the subsequent three (3) months of service at no additional charge to you.

This guarantee is contingent upon your active participation and timely provision of all necessary information and materials as outlined in your project agreement.

2. Cancellation & Billing Policy

For services operating on a subscription or recurring payment model, the following cancellation policy applies:

3-Day Project Discovery & Cancellation Period: Following any payment that initiates a new project or a new billing cycle, there is a 3-day period during which your card will not be charged for the upcoming work. This period is used for project onboarding, information gathering, and strategy finalization.

Cancellation During This Period: You may cancel the applicable service during this 3-day period without any charge for the upcoming cycle. The payment you made will be considered for the previous period of service.

After the 3-Day Period: Once the 3-day period has elapsed, your card will be charged for the new cycle, and cancellation for that period will not be possible. You may then submit a cancellation request to take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, preventing future charges.

This Cancellation Policy will be explicitly presented and agreed upon each time a payment is processed for applicable services.
